What began as a passion project has evolved into something more! We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead. What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it.

As a 501(c)(3) public charity, our results are reported each year by filing IRS Form 990, which is a publicly available record. In addition, beginning after our initial year (2026) we will be using this tab to present our friends and customers a regular summary of our activities, and publicly acknowledge the work of our Gelati Biscoti™ Volunteers, Culinary Vendors, Partner Charities, and Community Sponsors.
